What You’ll Do
In this role, you will focus on growing the agency through relationship-building, sales conversations, and client-focused insurance recommendations.
Responsibilities include
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information using agency systems
- Provide a professional, positive, and solutions-focused client experience
- Contribute to a high-performance team environment
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, coachable, and comfortable having sales conversations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license required before starting
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
- Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and Windows-based technology
- Organized, dependable, and committed to excellent client service
